- Details of Referrer and Referred companies requested on the Referral e-form are mandatory fields to be fully completed.
- By submittting the Referrral e-form to ZONE, it is agreed that ZONE shall contact the Referred companies and/or use the information provided in whichever way ZONE deems fit.
- Upon successful sign-up by a Referred company, ZONE shall have sole discretion to decline the promotion offering without any notification if the Referred companies sign up for a ZONE Broadband 2.0 service plan that does not qualify for the Referral scheme.
